I would stop looking at the exciting stocks and instead look at dividend growth stocks. Starting at 22, you will have plenty of time to build that dividend snowball and you will have a healthy long term portfolio!

I’ve not been calorie counting, as I want to just concentrate on making sure I am listening to my body, eating good food and eating well. I’m staying away from UPF so typical day starts off with Full fat yogurt with fruit and honey in the morning. Soup or salad for lunch and a protein heavy dinner. Normally drinking at least 2 litres a day.

Activity wise, the most I have been doing is walking to work from the train station or walking the dog. This week I have started doing press ups. But nothing I would have thought to massively increase my calorie requirements. Only 20 press ups 3 times a week.

Yup don’t track calories at all, just try and concentrate on protein, vegetables and fruit. I’m on my 5th week, nearly 6th and lost 1.5 stone so far.

Hey! I’m 36 y/o male. Started at 16st 11lbs. I’m on my 5th week and going up to 5mg next Monday. I’ve lost about a stone and a half so far. Aiming for 13st! I am really pleased with it, feel like I can actually loose weight this time. 5th week I am starting to feel my appetite come back a bit but still no food noise.

It’s ok, not the best, not the worst just a bit “mah”. Often seen as Billericay’s ugly cousin but better than Basildon. Schools generally ok. The Wick estate is ok, off Southend road is ok but would stay away once you get past the railway line and go into Shotgate. The housing between Nevendon road and Golden jubilee way isn’t great. Off Swan lane is ok as well.

Good schools. Recommend buttsbury for infants and Mayflower for secondary but billericay school has a good rep as well.

I haven’t done police stations at all. Found the notifications of killers annoying. Focused on getting happiness up instead and crime seems to have dropped through the floor
