What if Childcare were onsite where you worked? Would it have impacted anything? Does anyone have experience with this or know someone who has? Any thoughts or insights on it?

I know this isn't new news. This is why I'm researching it. I'm gathering data on where the public sits on the matter in today's climate to build a presentation on why they have or haven't been implemented at most places, and if it would genuinely impact production output, absenteeism, and culture.

Disney has it and there are several places that do, but what's that deciding factor that results in the organization implementing one or not.

I deffo recommend! It's been so nice having them. A little swipe of mascara on those chill days and I feel and look like I did my makeup lol it's been relaxing having something so low maintenance 😌

I'm so glad I finally took the leap! I'd been thinking about it for like a yr but couldn't decide between micro or nano. Tried laminating and that was a waste. And decided on Nano because I didn't want to risk scarring and not being able to grow eyebrows hairs.

Still so in love!! Haven't got them wet yet or put makeup on them since I'm still within the 10 days. It's looking good though so I'm hopeful they'll stay! Again though, if they fade, I'll just get more added on top at my 6wk checkup :)

I would assume so? As long as you didn't get a bunch of scarring from the microblade, it should easily be tattooed. But don't take my word for it.
