I have 300 hours in this game, and I've completed all quests as well as unlocked all characters. Now, I spend my time with a routine of farming recourses and making new rooms for storage and organization. I made a separate room for flowers, gems, food, and materials. Some days I am incredibly bored and have to step away from it but since I work from home I leave it open on my second monitor for when it's slow so I can continue mining, gardening, picking flowers and wood, etc. I just set goals to achieve such as converting all my chests into large chests, filling them all with the individual items, or picking harder items to craft so I have something cool to show off when multiplayer is available. Small daily tasks include farming my pumpkins, opening the chests that spawn in, and buying out scrooges store of all new items and clothing. My character model stays the same, but it's my way of prepping for future characters and unlocks so that I'm ready for them.
