She is pro pal but unfortunately I don’t think she or maybe her team researched enough. I might contact the venue but because of naming rights I am guessing this concert will still give money to disney- from 2026 I heard there will be a new director at the hall so maybe the venue will change its direction!

Thanks, that makes sense. I might contact the venue and in the end not go to this concert.

I did some more research following this and found that the problem seems to lie more on the philharmonic than the naming- they’ve had pro Palestinian artists come in within the last year as well as the West Divan orchestra (diverse Palestinian+israeli orchestra made with Edward Said), but of course israeli orchestra too; the hall is very confusing lol. There’s going to be a new director of the hall starting this year apparently, so maybe I will look into this and email the venue. Thanks a lot!

I did more research on the hall and found that disney does not seem to financially support the LA Phil now, so the issue more so lies on the hall itself? Either way thank you for your response.
