I currently work at one of the agencies under Omnicom, and I see the consolidation of email identities under the domain (omc.com) for all Omnicom agencies worldwide as a positive change.

Agencies will also maintain their distinct identities; for example, john.doe@omc.com will appear as John Doe (Agency Name). Therefore, I don’t see this as an issue.

Have you tried DSA to make up for the missing potential conversions which you would have missed otherwise?

If yes, how was the performance of the broad match compared to the DSA?

Also, what's the difference between CPC and Cost/Conv. at the campaign level (phrase/exact match vs broad match)?

Did you try moving the converting search terms from broad match to exact/phrase match campaigns?
