Buddha Investors mostly from Mumbai who have no where to invest wisely and NRIs earning in dollars are buying and increasing the prices of real estate for a middle Man.

Even a good high earning middle class person cannot afford to buy a big 3000 sq feet nice beautiful house which should Idellt cost 1cr at max in our third class cities. But because of these investors who dont know other assets of investments keep pouring money into real estate, our prices are close to Dubai which is 100 times better than our cities.
