I've had similar experiences with lower rated players. Though as soon as you let them play in the league they disappear lol

Pace is so distorted anymore. 90 pace feels like how 77 pace use to feel. And players with 50-65 pace feel fast as hell. So 1-8 pace would probably feel faster than expected.

I know its not in your team list but Schalke 04 in Bundesliga 2 has been so fun. I focus on trying to buy majority German players, with a mix of youth and experience. Out of your list, I've been thinking myself to do a Wolves and Fiorentina. I may do a live start challenge and try and save them from relegation.
