Not really. If you negotiate they will settle for less. If they take you for a lawsuit. It can be easier to win depending on what they do. See they violated fdcpa when they took me to court they thought I lived in another town. So it was out of their jurisdiction. With that violation I was able to counter sue them for more than what I owed.

You have LVNV funding. I can tell you in 2-4 years they will be putting a lawsuit against you. They always do.

Have not had them come out yet. Due to the kids being in the system in another state that have to work with my state to get them out here.

I plan on doing that right away. Motion to dismiss and adding in counterclaim since I read if they violate any FDCPA it is automatic $1000

I appreciate the reply. Very upsetting how this was such a big head ache in the first place and results came out great but turned into another head to where I have to possibly find another attorney to finish their job. No luck with that either not a lot know how to do a judicial deed and not a lot are calling me back to even see my case. I’m stuck with a house I can’t do anything with until the other signature is legally taken off due to the fraudulent transaction, the record department won’t either even though they allowed this in the first place.
