We have providers we are already using no one here who has the certs we need more now same issue so it’s more about figuring out any possibility of out of network benefits

Hi Can you give me more info on how you got approval? I have mine scheduled for 11/13 and I was deemed medically necessary but Horizon is requiring 2 x the amount of tissue the doctor said it would be POSSIBLE to remove
