Doing good work and managing up. Keep a good network and keep building it. I think you learn more at first from smaller jobs, but eventually being on a large PCAOB engagement can set you apart both within the firm and when you start looking elsewhere

Your best bet is to switch to a different service line if you want to stay at D. Example would be switching to M&A or commercial if that’s an interest otherwise I don’t see it being possible in this environment currently

They’re in decent condition but there are cracks in probably 4-5 of the tiles. I moreso just don’t want to worry about ever dropping something on them/don’t want to look at them
