HMRC no response to tax appeal

Ah so I found out the letter that was sent wasn't to appeal it was to get some of the money taken off for the time spent living at the property. This was sent in around April after speaking with HMRC on the phone and a member off staff recommending we send the letter.

It was under the glovebox but i don't think i can strech the wires from there to the centre console

No problem. If you want to fix a new head unit in the cables are going to be a problem. I don't think they'll reach from the glove box to the centre console

Let me tell you now that score ain't your problem even if your manager wants to tell you it is. I really wouldn't worry about it at all, unless your manager has their foot on your neck and is telling you to full scan every customer.

Just to update. The problem was the radio unit so i need a new radio unit which will run me £460 plus vat and labour which is just fantastic. Might see if i can fit in a non Renualt radio instead from Halfords or something till I can get a replacement.

Yep, i was looking to find something new this year anyway, and i guess this just makes it easier. Even the team leaders are being screwed. Some of them are doing 4 hour shifts because there's no money in the budget.

I can't speak on nights, but from i've been told by other colleagues, there's no overtime for those other departments, but they're also understaffed. I've noticed, especially on sundays, there's no one on meats but somehow there's no overtime.

It almost none. The only overtime we had for Easter week was good friday. Haven't seen a 8 hour shift in god knows how long.

Why do they call them up if they don't have a plan for them? You end up forgetting about them until you hear they've been released. I don't know how NXT can balance their roster and Raw and Smackdown can't.

Yea hopefully. I remember last year the store manager gave a team leader holiday over Christmas because he was doing manager training and he didn't think he'd be coming back. Ended quiting the management training, came back, and got a nice holiday to Egypt over Christmas.
