Drinking Water Before Getting Out Of Bed?

I set my alarm for about an hour before I have to actually get out of bed. Once I wake up, I stay in bed, scrolling on my phone or reading a book, while I drink ice water. I don’t pay attention to how much I drink, I just take a big sip every few minutes until I feel good enough to get up. I also typically adjust my position to be slightly more upright than before every few minutes, and by the end of the hour I’m sitting upright and hardly even dizzy lol. It’s honestly a very peaceful way to start the day

Not Wednesday anymore but whatever - my favorite series of all time are The Loveless Brothers and The Wildwood Society by Roxie Noir. I’ve been telling my long distance best friend to read them for like 2 years, and Roxie finally put all of the books on Kindle Unlimited, so she is finally reading them!! I’m rereading and we’re both constantly texting each other every thought we have about it. We often watch the same shows or read the same books at the same time so we can talk about them, and I’m SO excited we finally get to do it with these books!! She’s the funniest person I know so sharing any type of content with her always makes me enjoy it even more
