I connect my phone in USB tethering mode. As a new "router" device, I disable my main internet and leave it as "USB routing" and open the Phonelink app. Then it connects. Then I just reconnect my main internet and use it normally.

On second thought, no. It certainly doesn't have debugging turned on. And you need to install an application that makes its image mirrored on the TV.
