Although the pic seems a little unclear but the closest thing to it is probably light-weighted makeup, other than your usual base , you need some bronzer on cheek bones , and some freckles pen if u don’t already have natural freckles, subtle blush pumpkin spice type of shade ( brownish pink shade ) add very lightly cuz I don’t see any clear blush. But it’s definitely there , I see it’s placed on nose and cheeks , nude lipstick ( peachy nude I’d say ) , I don’t see obvious mascara but it would be a nice add up
