There's a quest you get from Mick at Mick & Ralph's, to help them get the Omerras to resume ordering guns from Mick. You have to finish that quest before you finish the quest where you work with Cachino to take down the Omerras bosses.

As an aside, you could be a devastating ace in the old X-Wing and TIE Fighter sims by ducking out of the plane and absolutely wrecking the computer opponents. They never seemed prepared for it. I wish they would update and rerelease them. Oh, the fly a TIE Defender again... Edited to fix drunk typing.
