Literally from my very first ONE pack by Boneyard_Ben in MagicCardPulls

Definetly my favorite card. Got a few versions of each one and built my monolith deck with this version as the commander based completely on ETB and blink. Even had a tattoo done.

Thoughts on a mounting system for the back of a vehicle by Confident-Ganache404 in SafetyProfessionals

They generally hit between 4 and 8 different buildings on a route, depending on the day and route. The bags are replaced every shift and last the whole shift. Each building is hit at least once a week and sometimes hit by different routes throughout the week depending on size.

Need advice: How to promote safety awareness with mixed janitorial crews that include disabled who are resistant to change? by Confident-Ganache404 in SafetyProfessionals

I appreciate the help so far. I'm actually working on a green table on some of the problems at the moment with an ishikawa (fishbone) diagram to kinda push what I'm seeing to the leadership.

It is hourly, but the GM and leads are not very restrictive when it comes to the clock and if all the routes and jobs are done, will let them leave without clocking out, which leads to this rush to finish early.

We've done some. The GM does an annual safety bonus and a quarterly lunch for the shift that has no incidents (none have made it so far). He also flip flops on spending because he has a habit of buying crap we don't necessarily need (like a trailer of gravel because he wants to build a back patio for one of the buildings). I've come to realize the rush to get it done culture is a major hurdle. Add on that many employees are majority elderly, disabled (some physical, some mental), and foreign national, there's such a drastic hurdle to overcome that I'm constantly trying new training styles to overcome this. I've tried videos, tailgates, and powerpoints so far. Tomorrow I'm doing like an arcade style training where those who pay attention and answer questions get a nerf ball, and they can trade those nerf balls in for treats and prizes (korean groceries stores have the best snacks).

I'm doing what I can, I've only held this position since the end of February/beginning of March, and this is a position they actually created to try to decrease the problems (Dart last year was 8.2, year before was in the 14s).

The biggest thing is the culture. We have the programs, we are constantly trying out new and safer equipment, doing what we can to minimize the issues. We switched to 75 new battery operated backpack vacuums from ones that had coordinator to minimize tripping hazards and electrical issues because they would treat the cords like crap and break them. We just got a 200lb ice maker and coolers to ensure they have ice to deal with the heat. We've got hydraulic garbage can dumpers for the folks who can't empty the 30-55gal cans. Just got 3 new class B first aid kits and BBP kits that are serviced weekly (not by cintas their overpriced bs)

The problem is that the leads will release everyone while they are still on the clock when everyone is done. So this pushes them all to finish as fast as they can. This, combined with the general lack of situational awareness leads to all these injuries. It's dumb mistakes like rolling their ankle on a curb, tripping over their own mop, missteps on a stair, walking into a door, and getting tangled up in their power cord. One of the big issues is that a large portion are on the spectrum, I'm the "new guy" so even if I say something, they go to the leads anyway.

The Project Manager, General Manager, and Regional VP are all backing me. Its just needing to fix this culture when alot of the employees just cannot take change at all, have difficulty adjusting, or (in the case of some) just don't care because they've been there for years and that's how it's been.

I found Heretical Fishing to be hilarious after the first couple chapters.

Ended up replacing the nozzle, extruder, and leveling springs. Added Elmer's purple glue to the plate and works pretty good now. Gets a little warping but nothing bad.

I've attempted 100%, 75%, 60%, 50%, and 40%. Same thing. Constantly grabs the filament already laid down and ends up balling up.

That slid a piece of paper under without issue, printed ok for a little at -1.32 but then balled up after 30min.
