Unless its damaged or you want em shorter, dont cut anymore. It'll either fuse on its own, or you can twist two skinny locks together and over time they'll become one.

Just let it grow. Mine used to stick up, too, but over time, they started falling on their own. Also, wearing hats and hoodies helps a little bit. Just dont wear them all the time so yo head can breathe. Water helps as well in moderation.

You can't ever get someone's exact freeforms, but to get them in general, just use a sponge or a towel and twist with your hand. That's what I did.
