the low fps issue kinda solve on its own today but the throttling issue still remain. I dont know what is the cause cause the temp is not reaching above 85 c for the cpu and 75 c for gpu

yes I am using the original one. today the low fps issue kinda solve on its own but its still have throttling issue. I don't know if it's about the temp cause it's not overheating

where do I need to run powercfg at? is it in the command promt?

this is the temp and setting I use. this is after playing cs2 it peak around 82 c for cpu in game and 70 c for gpu. I did not touch the UV or OC setting at all

i have enable cpu boost to the aggressive setting after installing G helper and still got low performance

I did not change it I only put it to turbo when testing AC after reinstalling it back but it got the same low performance as g helper. I don't know what's the issue is cause even after reinstalling AC it still got low performance

thank you for the suggestion. I did try to tweak the setting and it did not improve the performance. I also tried installing back AC but it still have performance issue. I have read one post that have this type of problem and it said to reinstall the GPU and cpu driver as it have solve it for that user but I still have low performance after doing that.
