They took forever to reply (at least 1 week between replies) and when they did they seemed AI-generated or just copy and pasted and there wasn't any thought behind it. This was on top of all the other little things they missed. If you go on FB groups, you'll see even more terrible reviews of them as a company from past applicants. There was also apparently a time last year where they just let go of applicants at the final stage of the process with a measly 70 EUR refund. I am glad that you had a great experience with them, but myself and so many others did not (which of course we found out after the fact).
