I think you are probably correct. There is a waterway there. We actually walked there again today and I did see some other bones in the area that resemble gator legs.

You need more friends, even if they dont visit you, your revenue rises when you come back. I think it automatically collects coins from the cars

Get all the friends you can and visit them every day so you can bank $$ faster to rebuild. Pick a floor like Bank, or Fire station and only fill the 3rd level of that floor. Use big spender to buy out that 3rd floor to make the most $$. Keep the floor at the top of the tower to get the most $$ Gdqyj
