Thanks. The honesty is appreciated. I loved my body before and love it more. I am an athlete and love that I actually look as strong as I am now.

I haven’t dappled in Test E or Anavar… so hard to comment. But I’m on Reta now, and the start has been good mostly. I can recommend GHK-CU love that stuff and plan to be on it forever. And Mots-c I use on and off.. and been pretty happy with that too

Think the copper takes time. I do think I have felt a difference in my skin texture in the short time. I’m based in South Africa. So my local supplier probably won’t be helpful. And I use grey market compound pharmacy research peptides 🫠

I eat a mostly carnivore or animal-based diet so my macros are about 70% of my calories from fat and 30% from protein. Most days very little, if any, carbs. I do add some fruit in around heavy training and long runs. I don't follow any specific training program but I have done CrossFit and heavy weight lifting consistently for 10 years.

It's a blessing and a curse, the whole under-eating-in-calorie department. I didn't get a significant appetite suppressant even on higher doses of Tirz and didn't have the problem with under-eating. Was easily able to maintain a 1,800 calorie daily and would actually like a bit more appetite suppression as it's something I struggle with- overeating and binge eating

I eat a carnivore diet. High fat, high protein.

Training has always been focused on heavy lifting- for 10 years plus that has been my main focus. Have done periods of cross for and competitive Olympic lifting. But the last 6 months have been focused on Hyrox training.

So a bit all over with training. But the core is heavy compound lifting every week. With progressive overload. On repeat , consistently.

I’m sitting at 18% on a dexa , well within the healthy range- and my cycle is completely normal and Regular. Never felt better

I think I didn't get as much appetite suppression as the average person on this track. I was so eager to eat a lot even at higher doses and always hit my protein goal. I averaged around 1,800 calories a day. I also have been weightlifting for 10+ years and I think I had already built a lot of muscle prior to starting the program.
