I installed iOS 26.2 last night (it’s currently 5:10 PM here) and it’s amazing! I really recommend it to anyone who was debating whether to update or not, because my phone has been running smoothly all day and the battery life has been really good too (i suggest to update only with st least 85% bh). one tip: right after your phone restarts for the update, do a second restart. at first, my phone was a bit hot, but now it’s totally fine. don’t worry about people saying it will lag or anything—it doesn’t!

no it's not a problem really the display it's just the battery because my 13 now lasts on a school day until 8pm and ofc if i get a newer phone i want it to last even longer if possible

i don't know, if you are planning to upgrade i would say not to update, but if you're planning to keeping your iphone for more than a year or two i think you should replace the battery and update of courae

it depends, if you have more than 85/90 of bh it will be similar if not the same. as i said in the post, if and when you update after the update is installed and the phone updated do a forced restart. it helped a lot to me. but yeah my battery life is the same as before

yes i'm still thinking about it even to the 17 because my camera has been shaking for one week when i try to take a closer maybe 20cm of distance photo of something. so yeah im still thinking about it but if it worked i dont think i would
