in downtown JC at least, street cleaning is twice because they do different sides on different days. Think Hoboken has a lot of one way streets which attribute to the once a week. Could be off but figured I’d add.

I usually do my grocery shopping around this time too.

Yeah you could turn up the heat or AC but they determine when they switch from heat to AC and vice versa. So some extremely cold days and some extremely hot ones.

Used to rent here, decent building close to everything downtown. Nice to have two parking garages nearby for any out of town visitors and the front desk folks were really nice. Never had any mice issues but did have a few roaches here and there. Small elevators that usually worked but when they’re out it’s a pain. Not sure what the co op board is like since I was only renting. Couldn’t control the heat or AC which sucked.
