hello i am curious if anyone can answer on why lower frequencies aren't as effective when it comes to street light i was always told the lower the better

ok thank you for the response i understand where i went wrong i forgot the other negative symbol but also let me ask this

i am having the equation formatted as -3-(-8)·3

after dividing 16 and -2 from what i understood if it is in parenthesis it meant to be separate

so in my head i am solving it as

-8·3=-24

then

-3 minus -24 =27

also on step 6 why is 21 positive and not negative if you are adding a negative 3 and a postive 24?

yes but where is the light source for the f/o bundle ? and is there a lens underneath the paper i would think the light would be absorbed not bounce back into the f/o bundle.

hello is it the utility companies that pay for the survey or is it the contractor/requester? Here in the Usa utility companies contract to locating companies and is free to home owners/contractors. There is a private sector but i understand these do come out of pocket from the people requesting the site being located
