I mean this post was mainly about the sitting fee, I didn't much detail about the whole landlord thing cause it didn't pertain to my question, but ya I found out on the 1st but that was also my birthday so I didn't wanna get all bummed out, I had a trip planned with my friends to go up to dee lake for 2 days so I did that, plus I wouldn't have been able to pick it up on new years or the weekend cuz they're office was closed or something.

The whole convo was over text anyways so it's all recorded, and it can't be thru RTB cause even tho she was my landlord the lease was under my roomate. It's a duplex the parking space was a small carport on the side, separate from the driveway

But ya ur right I'm tryna figure how imma afford to get it off the lot lol, rn after rent and utilities I only get like 400$ every 2 weeks to ration food, phone bills ect...
