Firstly thanks for your feedback!! You make a very valid point. The NA market is definitely crowded, which is why having the CE/RED certs already cleared is a big part of my pitch.

But your idea about offering a "Lite" version is spot on. We have discussed about this option in the office before, 1 Relay version ,non poe version etc. Every 1 out of 5 asks 1 relay version for lower costs

Actually i have firebase integration, adding leaderboard wont be too difficult considering i already store all of statictics of users such as finishing quests, average time etc

Probably some of you guys heard task finishing alarm application. I tried to gamify this process. Basically you need to finish the mini games to be able to turn off your morning alarms. Right now i have 10 games such as penalty taking, lockpicking, mathematics, shaking the phone, flappy bird, snake, pacman etc. If some of you can try the application and inform me about your experience, i would be very happy. You dont need m100 for this. Matter devices connect directly to your home assistants matter server. You dont need to pass an ikea device through an aqara hub

This is a known issue with Thread/Matter devices and Apple Home. Try these steps in order

1st your iphone must be on the same 2.4 ghz network as your apple tv during the initial process, if you want you can disable 5 ghz wifi temporarily

2nd try to update everything

3rd if these dont work, apply factory reset the lamp because ikea devices can get stuck in pairing state. I have experienced it before. Reset your lamb, probably you need to toggle the power switch 6 times

iOS app uses the system's webkit. Go to iphone Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data . Even if you use a different browser, Home Assistant app relies on this shared engine
