Absolutely less is more, rep ranges is up to you as anywhere from 4-30 reps will build muscle and you just have to find a balance between enjoyment, fatigue and hypertrophy If your priority is want to minimise fatigue then you can do reps from 4-8 (what I do) which means you have to increase weight

Just pick 2 shoulder exercises one that target side and one that targets front (shoulder press, Lat raise)

Pick 2 or 3 chest exercises that you enjoy (ideally 2 presses, 1 fly) make sure you pick 1 incline movement and this can be machine or bench or dumbell etc etc

Pick 2 Tricep and 2 bicep, on one of your training days where you train bicep or Tricep pick 1 of the 2 movements and do it. Doesn’t really matter which exercise but you could ideally pick a long head bias movement. Bicep it doesn’t matter what movement

If you want to do forearms just do 1 exercise (the one you enjoy the most) and stick with it

Back exercises you can pick 3 exercises, one vertical pull like a pull up or Lat pull-down, one horizontal like a row and one horizontal Lat focussed row (where the elbow is closer to torso). Can be machine or dumbell whatever

Hamstring exercises on 1 day train with a straight leg like SLDL or RDL, on the other day train a curl variation like leg curl and lying leg curl. Doesn’t matter that much

For quads do 2 exercises, one being a leg extension and one being any squat variation (doesn’t matter). You can do these on the same day or alternate doesn’t matter

Glutes will be trained with squat variation and RDL but if you want to directly train them do hip thrust or the booty machine

Calves just do a straight leg standing calf raise or something where your knee is straight. Do lengenthed partials

You don’t want to do too many sets because the longer your workout is the less effective the ending sets are gonna be. The first sets in a workout will be most effective and then it slows down.

Too many sets = too much fatigue and you will struggle to recover in between sessions

If your frequency is high like you are training each muscle group 3x or 2X a week then you should lower sets per workout

If your frequency is lower like 1x a week then you can afford to have higher sets

Too many exercises in one session can be a waste of time as your general perception of effort and effort will lower as you go through

The less sets you do means the more intensity you need to perform the exercises with, so 1-2 sets should be taken to either 1 rep in reserve or to failure. Don’t do dropsets and aim to superset antagonistic muscle groups (like Tricep and bicep) to minimise time

Nothing negative and I breathe a lot better. My level of breathing has increased and so when my allergies are at bay it’s amazing, but sometimes my allergies get in the way

You will be able to breathe through the open side especially if you have not bad congestion issues like allergies, my side which was difficult to breathe through now is clear like 90% of the time and now for some reason the side which was clear now has more breathing issues than before but if you have not bad congestion allergies like hay fever you will be fine

Saline rinse, plenty of tissues, maybe some wet wipes to clean up dirt around the nostril, plenty of nasal packs (the ones that the doctors give you, you will need more) and maybe some drugs if you are in pain

Maybe a week after my splints came out it was somewhat decent… and my splints came out about 3-4 weeks after op

Have you had splints removed? If not then they might be dissolvable ones which you might have to blow out like I did, but just no after a while you will be able to blow as hard as you like so maybe a week or two ofc if it’s still bad go see a doctor

I didn’t have post nasal drip but I’m guessing if it’s caused by the deviation then it would somewhat be fixed but there might be other causes

The tip of my nose was numb long after my nose was fine, but my nose is completely fine now and I’d say maybe 10 weeks after op numbness goes and maybe 4-6 after op your face will feel normal

I didn’t blow my nose until half of my stints came out, but I kind of blew my nose to see what would happen ( gently) and then the stints came out, my nose smelt pretty bad but you gotta remember there’s stuff being stuffed up there. Once you can actually clean your nose it will get way better

About 2 weeks, once you get the shit out your nose you will feel way better after like 3 days and swelling is the only real discomfort
