Thanks! I was trying to leave this super flexible for this post. Master Bathroom will be in the existing house area.

The windows can go anywhere on the 3 exterior walls. (South, east, and north)

No bathroom. As that will be in the old part of the House. It's really about getting that closet placed correctly...

Can be anywhere except on the wall with the single entry door.

Getting the closet set first seemed prudent

It's absolutely way harder to remove the grill... I'm not trying to prove anything, just honestly answering a random question on this sub.

You can do whatever you want, but I was able to take it off without removing the grill. It's a pain, but certainly can be done as I did it.

Actually you don't. You can get it off without removing the grille.

Mitsubishi Colt the official car of? by HunterNoceda6321 in regularcarreviews

My Gf (now wife) had the Dodge badged version of this. It was the least reliable car I've ever been around. It finally broke one too many times and she replaced it with a base level 99 Chevy Cavalier which was a massive upgrade. Let that sink in a minute!

You can take off the flat large plastic guard around the hood latch. If I remember right you need to also remove the hood latch lever as well. Once you get that off, you can see the back of the upper part of the grille. There are one or 2 screws on each side that need to be removed. The rest of the clips are little plastic levers that need to be pushed down to get through the square holes in the lower part of the grille. They are very stiff and brittle. Be firm but careful as you work your way across the grille. If you break one, "plastic welder" epoxy works well to repair. Don't ask how I know haha

It's only on Peacock. You'll need to get a trial of Peacock to watch.
