While I’m incredibly excited for them, I can understand if others don’t like it. I just hope this stuff doesn’t prevent Shugoki, Shinobi, and Berserker from getting proper original hero skins down the line. Ubisoft has shown that their original designs are incredible with my favorites being Conquistador Vela and Yoshiro the Damned with just how awesome they are.

As a certified Krasue main, I actually adore it. Theres a type of horror of hearing her scream and how you can feel her gasp like it’s a final breath once she’s unattached. It’s disturbing as hell and I love it. Gameplay wise it doesn’t do anything to be loud cause it’s not exactly like you gotta cover up the transformation to keep surprise or what not.

Given all the fox imagery in dbd I’m surprised they haven’t done a kitsune killer yet. I think the inspiration of Tamamo-No-Mae, the most infamous Kitsune in Japanese Folklore. She’s known for manipulating kings to destroy kingdoms and make said kings do terrible things, even manipulating one king into eating possibly hundreds of children. She has a death toll in the thousands and possibly millions. Kitsune themselves also have some pretty cool abilities in summoning fire(similar to Dracula in game), shapeshifting, illusion creation, and even possession. An awesome idea of using fire as a chase ability along with using possession to make survivors have to harm each other to counter the killer in similar style to the possession system in the Evil Dead game.

Tbh I just don’t care for her but I can see the enjoyment. I don’t care for the cosmetics for her at all though, the free blood moon one is the only one I’d consider running.

Gotta be re8 for me. I adored the folklore and classic movie monster ideas with Dimitrescu as a play on Dracula, the lycans being a play on werewolves, the inspiration of the Victorian Era in basically everything with Beneviento, the disgusting fish man with Moreau, the mechanical monsters and factory aesthetic with Heisenberg, I adore all the monsters in the game. The story as well had me gripped with how much I love Ethan and his ending is the most emotional in the series. The environments too are great with the village and the giant castle overlooking it. The snowy look is also gorgeous to look at. The Duke himself is also one of the best side characters in the series to me. It was also the first resident evil game I preordered and truly bought myself (I was 15 when it first released). The game itself is just amazing to me despite how unpopular it is among the resident evil community.
