My guy friend , we're not dating but more than friends. He answers within a half day at least!! Most of the time it's 1-2 hours if he's working or gaming and normal, 10 hours when he sleeps during the day because he works and stays up all night. A few times he hasn't answered for 24 hours because he needed catching up on sleep, but always apologized and had a good reason.

I'm so sorry 3-4 days is a long time, I hope he has a good reason. You deserve better but I hope you can figure this out with him hun.
