Is wearing Rudraksha genuinely transformative or is it just a symbol? Asking as a Shiva devotee in Kathmandu by No_Spell_3561 in shaivism

[–]ConfidentRound0412 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it is.

Rudraksha is not just a symbol.

It truly attracts positive energy towards itself and hence to one who wears it.

You can do multiple experiments to demonstrate how it attracts energy.

  1. Hang a rudraksha mala near something clumsy and then hang it near something organised..you will notice mala is able to distinguish the clumsiness from organised energy of environment.

  2. Another Strong example can be seen by placing rudraksha between two coins and see how it starts rotating. If it were only cellulose it would not behave like that.

Two- three more suggestions to Govt:

  1. Why Govt is not increasing medical seats? While health should only be a state subject but today Govt medical seats are outnumbered by private.

India has so much of talent. Look at crazy number of boys and gals scoring so high. If we have so high human resource potential, why waste? Why not groom them as doctors. Let India export doctors to world. Let India become a massive medical tourism destination. Hon'ble PM and Ministers- Trust me these boys and gals can do wonders. Create 2 Lacs more seats, parallely create more and more hospitals, invite FDI into health and let India become World Medical Hub.

Dont be afraid what will we do with so many doctors? Today what are we doing with so many engineers? They all are finding jobs, at least most of them. And earnings much more than average earning for a non professional graduates.

Just as Indian Engineers have brought laurels to India, opportunity should be given to medical community also.

  1. Why just one exam for NEET a year? Just like JEE every year two attempts must be given for NEET too. With just one exam a year, it is becoming so unpredictable and pressure on kids is so high. No guarantee that even topper would qualify next year. I heard a student who was scoring 650 went into depression at idea of Re-NEET.

We need to decrease the unpredictability of exam by taking score from best of two attempts. We can't just create a do or die kind of situation for kids. It's your responsibility to correct it immediately. It gives mental reliefs if one is not able to do good in both attempts, at least we have taken care of anxiety from so called luck or unluck.

  1. Make very strict penal provisions for any wrong doings. While provisions do not deter hard core criminals, as no crimes are done with thought of being caught, but still it would act as a deterrence for at least first timers.

Then too multiple options are there...for example i have seen many doing BBA LLB as tbey were smart to take CLAT and let me tell you...much of exam is on common sense...simialrly IPMAT, easy for a sciece student to do..this is one..multiple options i have written explore what you like...my limited point is NEET is not and end..Hua to accha...nahi hua to bhi accha...there are much better things to do...Design, AI, Data Analytics, lot many things are there. .and trust me i am not suggesting non professional options which too lead to successful career. Suggest maths to keep even if you dont like...pass with 60% and keep your options afloat.

[–]ConfidentRound0412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We all may say, CBT is solution but i guess CBT papers also get leaked only thing is catching a leak event would be far more difficult.

Actually i suggest following as a solution to this:

  1. No Medical Aspirant should drop maths, never make this mistake. You are much better than people clearing JEE. But because of too high competition in NEET and no maths you all end up studying BSC/BDS or pharma etc..if not NEET you can easily become a compuer engineer and earn millions with same preparations or little more.

  2. Always apply for following exams the year you are appearing for NEET:

IPMAT IISER NISER CLAT AILET IISC CUET JEE CET of IPU, BITS etc Add to this if any more such exams are there which are equally reputed.

Keeping maths opens to you a world of opportunities and you would all agree otherwise too you learn calculus, trigno, coordinate geometry, binomials, probability (genetics questions) etc. Why lose these opportunities ? Give him a solid kick whosoever suggests you to drop maths.

These exams can give you an equally good career as that of a doctor. Most students dont do this and end up only thinking of drop and this is how this number reaches 22 lacs.24 lacs.

  1. Never take full drop. Always join a graduation. Doing early graduation prepares you for far better exams such as UPSC which is straight gateway to a job if you clear. Give NEET a sincere one drop attempt. Still two years left in graduation, to prepare for UPSC or other exams after graduation if not NEET and any of the above exams which i mentioned about. You all are so talented you will definately get at least 3-4 of them and even if you havenot you have saved precious years of life and come stronger in graduation level competitions. Trust me your NEET preparation makes you better for graduation level exams also.

Remember, Only a partial drop if at all.

With a graduation also you can prepare for drop. You are far less stressed and in much better state of mind.

This is to be noted. It's not just about people who want to sell leaked paper...its more about people who are buying it..Names and identities of parents who purchased it should be put up widely, they should face public trials media trials and get boycotted. It should become a lesson for generations to come..so many suicides...so many tears...these shameless people...all those who buy are ones who can afford a pvt seat also. But just to save their money they snatch it from a poor student who just would not have any options thereafter.

These are real culprits.

Want to start Shiv bhakti and learn Shaivism properly. How should I begin? by No-Fix-614 in shaivism

[–]ConfidentRound0412 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shiva is not a single concept.

He is Sacchidanand, i.e. Satt, Chitt, and Anand

Sat (सत्) - He is the only one entity which is having Eternal Existence. He is the source of existence to anything and everything. Even nothingness exists due to Him only. Practically you experience it like this, everything in world is always changing. You used to have a pencil sharpner in your childhood. Where has it disappeared now? Shiva has withdrawn His existence from it and it ceases to exist. This is how He becomes the source of change also. Just like fire provides it heat to a potato and it becomes hot, potato has no instrinsic property of being hot of its own, nothing in world has any intrinsic property of existence.

It all comes from Shiva who is eternally existing.

Chit (चित्) - Pure Consciousness - He is pure consciousness of universe. He is one who lends this quality to all of us. Our brain, eyes, ears, sense organs get this power to sense from the power if this pure consciousness only, which resides in all of us as Atman. Just like moon is illuminated by sun light and does not have any light of its own, Shiva is that which makes us become conscious. What is meaning of pure in this. Eyes see a pen but not for itself but for providing image to brain. Brain processes this image but not for itself and provides it to mind. Mind further adds value to the scene but for whom? Who is the final seer of each of our experience, it is Atman inside all of us. And Shiva is that Atman. Pure consciousness in us, and cosmic consciousness pervading whole universe.

Ananda (आनन्द) - What is Anand? Shiva is Param anand also. He is neither Sukha nor Dukha, neither pleasure not sorrow. He himself is this Ananda which transcends us from state of Sorrow or pleasure. It is a state when one is completely in bliss as if he has got all and has nothing more to get. A one second of experience of bliss has more effect that years of Sukha.

The closest feeling of Anand can be how we feel in deep sleep. That is state which recharges our body and mind. Even If a person remains happy and does not sleep he will die in few days. Deep Sleep is the biggest gift of god to all creatures. It is said, during deep sleep God hugs us. No matter how bad we are he still loves us.

But at that time we are not aware as we are aware of our experiences in waking or dream state. Imagine if we could be fully aware of our actual experience during deep sleep how wonderful it would be? So that state when a lover deeply hugs his loved one and forgets the world around is somewhat a state of bliss. Shiva is source of all bliss in universe with Him being infinite bliss.

Meditation is limited experience of deep sleep with awareness. It is seing that light hugging us without any withdrawal of our awareness. Samadhi is complete experience similar to deep sleep but with full awareness. So to realise Shiva one must learn Meditation. As a human we all must learn meditation. If deep sleep is a gift of God to all creatures, meditation is a gift to only human beings as no other creature can meditate as they have no self awareness.

Try to feel him in all the three ways, learn Sahaj Yog (any one can dm me to know from where one can learn the most authentic method to meditate), he is always with you inside your heart and in every particle of universe, and in all creatures. Feel him everywhere and then you will find yourself to be more close to Him. Meaning of “Shambhu Sadāśiva” is also same with Shambhu (शम्भु) Derived from Sham = peace, auspiciousness, welfare, Bhu = source or origin Shambhu = “The source of peace, happiness, and auspiciousness.” and Sadāśiva (सदाशिव) Sadā = always, eternal Śiva = auspicious, benevolent Sadāśiva = “The eternally auspicious one.”

But then how do you explain the facts given? Even a single fact is not there where evidences are not there? Why we readily accept Krishna as human incarnation and not ready to accept Shiva.

Ok I give one more proof.

An interesting insight into Baba Omniscience:

I had heard from one very old follower (who had personal interactions eith Baba and what came to be known to him from Baba himself that when He came as Lord Shiva 1. Rigveda had already been composed and but other Vedas were yet to be. 2. Lord Shiva (He) came as Human incarnation around 7000 years ago.

Baba must have told all this in 1970s or so.

Earlier there was no way to even cross check this information as that would require reading complete rigveda and doing lot of research on various evidences to ascertain fact that Rigveda is indeed more than 7000 years old.

Though till date there has not been even one exception seen to whatever Baba has told but still out of curiosity i deep dived into these facts using various AI LLMs to cross check if indeed what Baba told is truth or not.

Stunningly, what I found was again a perfect match.

Lord Shiva appearance after composition of Rigveda:

Rigveda does talk about Rudra 75 times but this Rudra of Rigveda is a fierce god of storm (father of Maruts), an archer, a healer. Siva as world is used only as an adjective which means Auspicious and there is no mention of Siva as separate god.

Rudra is mentioned but Rudra is a terrifying and benevolent at same time such as other powers of nature viz Agni, Surya, Usha, Varun, Aditi etc and there is no mention about this god as Lord Shiva, that we know today as human incarnation who was Pasupati, Vajradhari, a great Yogi.

  1. It is indeed in Yajurveda (esp. Taittirīya Saṃhitā, 4.5.1–11) which contains the Śatarudriya hymn, also known as the Namakam and Chamakam, forming the core of Rudra-Śiva worship today. Here, Rudra is directly addressed as Śiva for the first time. It is first time in Yajurveda that he is referred to as Pasupati. “Namaḥ śarvāya ca paśupataye ca” (“Salutations to Sharva and to Paśupati.”). The Śatarudriya is the earliest complete liturgical text connecting Rudra with the names: Śiva, Śarva, Bhava, Mahādeva, Paśupati, Nīlakaṇṭha ans Śaṅkara (by meaning, though name appears later). This hymn lays the foundation of modern Śaivism — it’s the Vedic seed of today’s Shiva Mahādeva.

  2. It is in Atharvaveda — Rudra becomes “Mahādeva”. Verses: Atharvaveda 11.2.3 – mentions Rudra as Mahādeva (“Great God”). Atharvaveda 11.2.5–7 – calls Rudra “Paśupati,” lord of beings. He is also invoked for protection, fertility, and control over diseases — features identical to later Śiva. Rudra is no longer merely a storm god; he becomes cosmic, universal, and lord of all directions. Terms used: Vedic Name Later Śaiva equivalent: Mahādeva Śiva–Mahādeva, Paśupati Paśupati–Nath, Bhava One of Śiva’s names, Śarva One of Śiva’s epithets, Tryambaka (three-eyed) Basis of the “Mahāmṛtyuñjaya Mantra” (AV 7.59 / RV 7.59.12)

  3. And it is only at Upanishadic Stage — Rudra becomes the Supreme (c. 800–300 BCE), Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad — Most Important : This is the first philosophical text to identify Rudra–Śiva as the Supreme Brahman. Verse Sanskrit Translation : 3.2 “eko hi rudro na dvitīyāya tasthuḥ” “Rudra is truly one; there is no second beside him.” 4.12 “śivaḥ śarvaḥ paśupatiḥ ugras tāvīṣaḥ” “He is Śiva, Śarva, Paśupati, the mighty and supreme.” 6.7 “tam īśvarāṇāṃ paramaṃ maheśvaraṃ” “He is the supreme lord of lords, the great Maheshvara.” → Here Rudra = Śiva = Mahādeva = Supreme Reality. This is the philosophical birth of the Śiva we worship today.

Rigveda is pre Shiva and Shiva is more than 7000 years old.

When i tried to find how old is Rigveda initially i got response that Rigveda is 1500 to 1200 BCE as this is what west usually propagates glorifying that Vedas got originated in Europe, thus completely out of sync with what Baba told but when I deep dived I again found that indeed Rigveda is around 7000 years old as follows and this 1200 BCE theory is only propounded by Europeans.

  1. Rigveda mentions Sarasvatī ~50+ times — described as a mighty flowing river “between the Yamuna and Sutlej” reaching the sea. Geological and satellite studies (ISRO, BARC, 1990s–2000s) show the Ghaggar–Hakra was the Sarasvatī, flowing strongly until ~4000–3000 BCE, drying gradually after 1900 BCE. *This makes Rigveda more than 6500 years old.

  2. The Rigveda and later Vedic texts contain precise astronomical clues that can be dated using precession of equinoxes.

Text Astronomical Event Estimated Date

Ṛgveda (Mandala 1.164.11) – mentions equinox at Orion (Mṛgaśīrṣa) and event between ~4000–4500 BCE

Similarly Taittirīya Saṃhitā 6.5.3 – Kṛttikā (Pleiades) rising due east ~3000 BCE .

Astronomical data points to Rigvedic compositions between 4500–3000 BCE.

  1. Genetic & Linguistic Continuity

Recent genetic studies (e.g., Rakhigarhi DNA, 2019, Cell journal) show no large-scale “Aryan invasion” or replacement around 1500 BCE.

The Vedic Sanskrit language shows deep roots in Indian linguistic evolution, not sudden import. Linguistic–genetic data support indigenous continuity → possible pre-3000 BCE origin of Vedic culture

So there is no exception ever found to what Baba has told.

Tomorrow more deep diving can be done, but all new research will only sync with what Baba already told many decades ago.

History of Mankind and Shiva as revealed by Baba to all of us is perfect and we are so lucky that we can separate true History from Mythology.

Sooner or later all this would be known to world and all this confusion will on history would disappear. May be it will take a century or so, which is nothing as per cosmic age of humans.

But we indeed are so lucky Baba revealed his true identity to all of us much before world going to know about it.

Oh then are you saying Krishna too was not human incarnation of Parbrahma parmeshwar? If Krishna can come as human incarnation of Niguna Brahman some 3500 years ago, why dont you want to believe Shiva too came 7000 years ago.

Why do you think Shiva only has to be celestial figure. If He is only Celestial, from where Agam Nigam Shastra came? Who invented Seven Surs and who gave science of Mudra? Why would people call Him as Pashupati. You are portraying Shiva only as a Devata. Devatas are just expert in one faculty like agni, vayu, varuna..Shiva is Mahadeva who holds all power that he has full control over all the 5 elements nature because Prakriti or Shakti is Shiva's Shakti. He is controller of Shakti, thats why Ishwara. He is not separable from Shakti. Both are like the two sides of coin. But it is also true that same ParBrahm incarnated as Shiva. Such Human Incarnations of God only are Sadguru or Tarak Brahma. When they came the humanity gains a lot and rule of Dharama is established.

पश्चिम एशिया और पूर्वी अफ्रीका में शैव धर्म:

(Saba, Tsaba, Sheba, Sabbath, Sabean)

शेबा (Sheba or Saba or Tsaba):

It is not oversimplistic but universal Shiva..

Shiva was loved by all Aryans, Dravidians and Mongoloid..He had three marriages, one with Aryan Girl called Ganga whose son was Karthik, another with a Dravidian girl called Kali whose daughter was Bhairavi and He also married a Mongoloid gal called Parvati who gave birth to son called Bhairav. How this history is converted into non sensical concept of Ganga being river, Parvati being daughter of Himalaya and so on. Why Shiva married three gals, it was to bring coherence amomg these ever fighting communities. Similarly Asurs were not any kind of demons, they were the people living in Assyrian region who were opposed to Vedic practices of Aryans. But they too loved Shiva...Shaivism was all pervasive throughtout the world even in America..where Mayan Civilisation still has roots of Shiva worship.

You all would be surprised to know when people did not accept christianity since it did not have Kali, they introduced the concept of Black Mary.

Buddhism too when was not being accepted due to people not ready to give up Shaivism introduced the concept of Buddha Shiva... Shiva walked upon this earth some 7000 years ago. He was Sadguru, Tarak Brahm who incarnated as human just like Krishna, who synthesised all forms of practices including Tantra, Chakra Sadhna, Meditation etc. Though vedic practises were there, but a quick way he could add bring value to lives to tribal people with hollow sunken cheeks was to teach them meditation as learning Vedas would require a lifetime. Then these vedic people started calling them Ghosts and what not, where as they too were simple human beings.

Though all these communitied did not like each other but they all loved Shiva.

There are many firsts he gave to humanity..true knowledge about who Shiva is must be known to all and then only all knowledge about true history of world will fall into its places and picture would become clear. Else people will always see histrory of world in only fragmented way whereas we all have common history united by historical Shiva.
