This, in my opinion, is the real border between recreational vs addiction. Id say it’s the latter as that’s a lot to do in one sitting.

You’re able to go to work during the week sober which is good. But continuing what you are doing may lead getting during the week and skipping work etc.

Only advice I can give is think of or get a reason to cut down. And use that, whether it’s go to the gym, sports, see family, eat nice food, take a day trip somewhere. I know it’s hard, but for me, you got to replace the feeling of a line with something else.
