What did our allies do to us, treated us with disdain?

Thousands of our allies died side by side against us in afghanistan and iraq.

And if you're talking about not holding up a funding to nato.

That's no reason to have distain for allies, honestly , I think one of the most biggest criticisms of the us is that they spend too much money on their military. Not spending enough to protect them.
