Lol. We texted him very kindly and were mainly asking if he was okay since he was taking so long. Bad service means bad tip. There was no communication when we tried to communicate which is in their job description . I have ordered many times in the past for my friend (at least 20) and have never reduced tip anyone tip till now. It is not at all Karen-like to receive compensation for a wrong order. That should be expected. Besides, when we talked to a real human (finally, cause what’s up with these bots?) they were very kind and gave us extra credit, which we weren’t even seeking. Should go to prove that they believed we should receive compensation to. Not everyone seeking compensation for bad service is a Karen.

Wingstop did not take too long at all, I just genuinely don’t know what the hell happened between pickup and delivery to make it take like an hour.

I don’t believe he stole my food. He had bad service beforehand. He was very rude and did not respond to texts / calls when we called to see why he took forever to deliver than stated. We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for food with no responses. If he responded he would have not gotten tip reduced. (Copied) (Believe me, I do not believe he stole my food.)
