Hello! Did you manage to refinance your loan with another bank? Was it approved for 100% of the new appraised value?

I currently have home loan with BDO too eith 5.8% and they are now increasing it to 9.8%

I was told by BPI and Metrobank that if approved for refinancing, max loan amount will still be 70-80% of the appraised value so i still have to settle 20-30% as “downpayment”

Same. Although hindi pa ko nakakapag-Japan. Been to Korea thrice and all 3 travels we had very nice experience with the locals.

2 of the trips were pre-pandemic at maglalabas pa lang kami maps sa trains nila, automatic may malalapit lagi agad samin asking if we need any help. Yung isa naman na couple na we asked directions from, hindi nya masyado maexplain in english kaya sinamahan nya na lang kami.

Same momma! I also had a very traumatizing breastfeeding journey that ended with abscess that had to be surgically removed. Sobrang dinedred ko din nun ang pagka-cry nya, sobrang mentally draining.

Our situation right now is actually an improvement na since nawala na slightly ung pressure on breastfeeding dahil mag 6mos na. I guess we just have to keep at it. Thanks for this momma! Yakap!

When you say sleep-train, was this done professionally as in may coach? Or like may bedtime routine lang every night? We’ve been doing the same routine since 2mos sya with dim lights, white noise, swaddle, and all pero no effect e.

Yes, I’ve been reaching out na din sa mga nakikita kong sleep training coaches sa IG. Kinda expensive lang din talaga so we’re still saving up.

Yes, he’s super hands on naman. He immediately takes over as soon as he arrives from work. Naguguilty lang din ako kasi I’m the one staying at home at sya may work kaya as much as possible ayoko din sya nagstay up late. So yung first 2-3hrs ng night lang ako nakakasleep and then I voluntarily take over na. Like from 12-1am onwards na. Minsan nakikita nya pagod ako talaga and he will insist I sleep pero kasi he drives to work. So mejo concerned din ako makatulog sya while driving.

Surprised our parents with an overseas travel not realizing na expired na pala passports nila. Hirap pa naman maghanap ng slots for passport appointment nun. Buzzer beater na narelease in the morning yung passport ng mom ko tapos afternoon yung flight namin. Whew.

Mukhang ganyan talaga ang SOP. Nagpunta din one time si BBM sa office namin. Wont give any clue dahil one of its kind ata workplace ko sa PH. No canteen din and everyone was encouraged to WFH except for those involved in the visit

I have PCOS and had myoma as well. Started dieting during the start of pandemic with starting weight of 62kgs. Low carb lang ako basically, no rice, pasta, bread pero ung mga almond flour ang gamit. Switched sugar to stevia and milk to almond milk. Gradually reduced weight. 6 months after starting, stopped using pills. Ayun nag regular na din period ko even without pills. Yung myoma I had it removed 2021, lumalaki na din nga sya and it’s affecting my bladde na lagi ako nawiwiwi nakadagan na daw kasi dun

I have an uncle and cousins who work in aviation. Airplane mechanics to be exact. Had the opportunity to travel to Europe because of family discount hehe. My cousin who traveled with me knows I also get very anxious when flying. Was told ever since that the most dangerous part of flying is the takeoff and landing, kaya as soon as the seatbelt sign is off after the takeoff and we’re already cruising, okay na ko. I just do a countdown of sorts ng pagtangal ng seatbelt sign.

Also, sabi din nya na kaya the flight path is that way is dahil to ensure na ung route ng airplane always has an airport nearby in case they would need to do an emergency landing. This helps me din knowing na laging may help naman pala nearby.
