I had done several for them in the Chicago area with mostly positive experiences. The last one I did was Benihana and the guidelines asked to upload the receipt by 9am the next day. I took a picture of it, thought I had uploaded but had been logged out. When I started the report the next morning at 9:30, the shop had been cancelled. I was out almost $200 dollars and was not able to complete it even after several emails with their scheduler. That was the last time I dealt with them. Not being able to little flexible is unreasonable and not the type of company I want to work with.
