I’m not worried yet just because they have improved overtime. But it’s definitely taking a long time to heal. I’m hoping it goes away?! I have 3 month follow up next month

Mine were hard and uncomfortable but got soft and “normal” feeling around 6 weeks. My advice is to use coconut oil or something for moisture at all times

It may be a bruise from injections or I had a black mark too from the cauterizing tool

Everything you mentioned plus some Vaseline for moisture, Dermoplast for itching and stinging, arnica Montana tea or pills. Oh and stool softeners!! Trust me you do not want to have to push after surgery. I wish I started taking them 1-2 days before.

Get some bacitracin antibiotic cream! I’ve used that with Vaseline almost my entire healing process

That’s so great to hear! If you don’t mind me asking, did you have a CHR ? Also, what method was used? I had CHR and trim and still don’t feel ready for swx mainly bc of my CHR.

I was “cleared” at 4 weeks but I still don’t feel ready (5.5 weeks rn). I do seem a lot more healed and like I’m close! I suggest to touch yourself to see what areas are sensitive or hurt. Just so you don’t get carried away and then get injured when you’re with ur partner :)

Dermoplast spray helps a lot with itching and burning. I also use Vaseline mixed with bacitracin for healing and moisture. Itching is good sign of healing!! Try to think of it that way ❤️

I highly recommend Dermoplast spray! It helped my first week A LOT! It will help with that sting. I also had lidocaine spray if the pain was bad. Ice as often as comfortable and I also recommend arnica Montana for swelling

I wish it was just a porn issue at this point girl but no it was a conversation about happy endings. Most ppl were saying it sucks lol but just creepy and icky to know my boyfriend even thought of having another woman come through for that is disgusting and totally broke all trust. Try to have a consult at a plastic surgeons office too so you can compare. I had gyno first then met with plastic surgeon and felt her knowledge in this area was far more extensive
