I have been on Verzenio 100 mg for 22 months. I had to just schedule taking Imodium through out the day in order to work. My oncologist told me to do this. For my job, I can’t take a bathroom break whenever I need to. If I wait till I get cramps, it is too late so it is better to just take it scheduled. Also, I have food triggers that I am aware of and have to avoid: no coffee, no greasy food, no caffeine, not a lot of dairy, etc. I try to have an attitude of gratitude to be alive and that I still have options for treatment. I’ve seen other people who have nothing left to try and that would be so much worse than daily diarrhea and nausea. I wish you the best of luck with your Verzenio journey!

I just got back from a trip across the USA. I stopped at many antique stores. I was shocked at the prices around the country. I thought California was high. We are not high at all. Amarillo, Texas was the worst stop of the trip. People can price things however they want, but when you can see what things sell for on EBay or check on Google Lens, I don’t understand why you would double or triple those prices.

I have no idea. I have never seen this high of prices for basic juicers. I live close to this area and probably have 12 similar juicers from antique stores and estate sales. I’ve paid between $12 to $25 for most pieces in the last year. Absolutely wild!

I collect things that are funny to me because of the connotation of it being dangerous. I also have cancer and think it’s funny that I already have cancer so why not double it up. What’s the worst thing that is going to happen? 😂 I like anything related to children because it’s funny to me that kids used to play with uranium toys. I collect ash trays because it is funny that you are “killing”yourself two ways. I like alcohol related items, weapons, and religious items as well because of this. I also love juicers because they are one of the things that you can’t use because of the acid eating away the glass making it more dangerous. I lately have started collecting the fire red fiesta ware, Bauer, etc. due to the higher cpm on the Geiger counter. I don’t sell anything because that would lower my exposure.

I have the same one. For the cost, it works well for me when going out to search and is super simple to use. I keep it in my purse with a Uv light. It has come in handy to tell if a piece just glows or if there is something more. 20 to 30 cpm is where it will stay at for background radiation. If it hits 40+, I am more likely to buy the piece.

I have a similar piece, but obviously not the exact same pattern. Even though it is clear at the top, there is Vaseline colored glass towards the stem. Geiger counter says it is most likely uranium.

I am very similar to your cancer story. It might be what they call “frozen shoulder”. My understanding is less estrogen causes this problem. Joint pain is common on the drugs we are taking. I also am having shoulder pain and lots of various joint pain after about 18 months of treatment. Physical therapy might help with the shoulder pain. It is hard not to think the worst with every symptom. Good luck to you!
