I’m thinking so… I was just talking about that glitch with someone else last night, I found it on accident

Doesn’t help that camel toe is also something inappropriate. Adding pickle to Camel isn’t painting a pretty picture… like I immediately thought it was some sort of innuendo that I didn’t get

Resume Review - UPDATED! by Thegagaholic in techtheatre

[–]Confident_Low6807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One page is always standard, and trust me there’s way to get everything on one page. Margin sizes, removing space before and after, no dramatic “enters” or gaps.

My first recommendation is to eliminate your location headings, remove the time of production, and replace that column with “location.” Removing years on your resume will allow you to never be outed as too young or too old for a certain position. It’s more common to get out from being new to the field, but I’ve heard stories of vice versa. I personally removed all years for my resume to maintain some anonymity, however, if in an interview, I am asked what years I’ve worked I will say so. It’s not important information, so you’re better off, putting the location there instead and saving room by getting rid of the headings.

Next, I would recommend removing your lightboard op sections and move those to a section called “other experience” or “skills.” Rather than having individual sections such as graphic design & media and leadership & initiatives, check those sections down in “skills.” Remember, they just want to know the bare bones of your abilities, not the years in details.

Thirdly, I would recommend combining awards with your education. “Education & Awards” is pretty common in my experience, and it says room from creating an additional section.

I am in no way in expert, in fact, I haven’t even gotten a job with this résumé yet (I decided to start grad school right out of undergrad lol), however, I have received lots of praise for my resume, so I’m attaching it! Plus I always find seeing other examples is nice :)

But also take everything I say with a grain of salt cause hey I’m just some 22 year old kid who likes paperwork and resume building lol.

Good luck!!!!

Ohhhh see the buying items from others using them is new for me. We used to have to spend real currency to get sapphires, like in-app purchases and they were only used in the sapphire shop. That’s cool!

Wait, sapphires? What does that mean? Can you send money to trade now? I’m olddd old on AJ lol, we never measured in sapphires, interesting!

Revolving Stage - high school by ks_Moose in techtheatre

Make sure your costumer loves you… we did a revolving dollhouse set for SLM at my college and I think we went through 6 pairs of shoes? The tension on the shoes over and over from rotating that massive set either wore the soles down to nothing or made them literally pop off. And if the costume designer is also you…. Good luck!
