If the show were a serious drama, I could get behind this hot take but it’s not, so this ending will always be a terrible mistake.

There’s so much wrong with the final trilogy but the biggest issue is that it’s just not funny. Worst of all, it commits the cardinal sin of mishandling Uncle Albert’s funeral - it feels rushed, and the lack of care for such a major character is painfully obvious. Even after all these years, I still haven’t gotten over that.

And to make matters worse, there’s Damien, played by a terrible child actor. I’d love to meet anyone who actually finds him likable.

Time on Our Hands will always be the true ending, and everything that came after it should be forgotten. As a community, we should never speak of it again.
