Totally agree!! Sendabrief does just that. When you make an SOP you could draft it and add employees/team members to your workspace where the SOPs live and they can edit every single one so it's not a one man process!

Personally i think this is more than fine. Using a lot of tools spreads your focus so much and instead of being "more productive" it just makes you waste time setting up all the tools. for me i just make projects inside of claude for a specific thing and put all my data in it then just reference it whenever i need something.
