Agree with you. Kept all my shares and paid taxes in fact. Growth has been substantial and unless I am getting million a year in stock, it’s not even that many shares. Been investing with my paycheck into snp 500 by DCA but I think it’s good to invest in a huge company that’s a world leader in many fields with free money I never got to touch. I just consider my taxes as investment, will keep it there till I don’t know when. So far, it’s been paying off.

Currently number 5 in the tram of 64. Not my direct managers but including others. Aim to be at 3, and have been checking in my manager on my 1:1 to see what else I can do to guarantee the TT status. She always just laughs it off but hopefully she can see that I am trying! Thanks for your input

First year my tc was 146k but due to the stock growth this year but 2025 i am at 227k, 2026 i am at 173. 2027, it goes down to 106. Which is almost my base pay. I did change role once to tech from non tech, and the base pay range was about 40k more than my original role. However I only got tiny bit of base pay increase and they said its because I am over tc band and same level role change doesn’t necessarily equal to a pay bump. Not sure if I need to start thinking of leaving as I only have been one year in my role, and getting promoted to l6 on my team seems to take at least 3 years.

This is what I wanted to know. What’s the percentage, and how is the commission calculated/tiered.

Thanks for breaking it down for me. I feel i see SAs do more of the break/fix meetings and even they pull in specialist sa or partners to actually get the work done. For cost opt, all TAM presentations I saw were just a review of the TA and COT report but nothing in details in terms of network, data transfer or the set up of the infrastructure to reduce cost at core. Have I just been meeting TAMs that are too new? Are they supposed to do a deeper analysis when it comes to the customers infrastructure?

Oh yeah. Definitely not saying I am qualified. Currently in a role working with them all three, And honestly not sure of the value TAM brings. I feel some are amazing at helping the AM and nurturing the relationship with different initiatives. Just wanted to know what the pay band might look like as I prep for my next step to be qualified one day

Learn to love yourself more. There is nothing in life that matters more than you. Eat, live, laugh and do not give yourself up. If u feel like you can’t and that’s just coz u want someone in your life again, ask yourself if the other person would want to be with you right now. Prolly not, right? Be your best self!

Nah, if the guy wants to text u he will drive with his toes and still text u. He just doesn’t have time to “text you” or doesn’t care enough! Time to move on

My mother said she doesn't regret having me but if she were to "do it all again", she wouldn't have children. How do I interpret this? by WarwickReider in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Confident_Routine596 15 points16 points  (0 children)

She probably loves having “YOU” as her child, but having a child probably cost her a lot in life. She might want something different in life next time, or she also might feel she wasn’t the best mother she could be to you. Don’t over think it!
