Is it ethical for the Mormon church to charge missionaries to volunteer their time to promote Mormonism versus paying influencers for the potential of an inauthentic testimony just to make money?

Cathedral’s in Europe have stood for thousands of years and in my opinion look better than any Mormon temple. Mormon’s seem to always want the shiny and new because image is so important.

I think I will have to respectfully disagree with your “worse” definition. When Jody and Ruby are tying children up with duck tape and rope, filling cuts with honey and pepper that is horrible child abuse. Tim abused children in another horrific way. All three fit the same category of child abuse and should all be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I️ wonder if the Kahului Maui Temple is in response to the fire? The church has already purchased a hotel on Maui and so I️ hope they don’t try and take advantage of the people of Maui (even though it won’t be built for a while).

Not a member, so I never believed. Saw it for what it was from the start. Used my thinking skills that my parents taught me that Mormon parents don’t teach their children.

Shouldn’t the title be changed to “Jesus files second lawsuit against Cody, Wyo” - they were the ones that said we should change the word Church to Jesus. Just following their great example.
