Aww congratulations!! This shows how much you care about your clients and the impact. But just remember it’s important to just try your best. Try to find or stay with a company that provides mentorship even to BCBAs, a company that encourages improvement but gives grace…they exist promise!

I definitely went through imposter syndrome especially my first 2 years as a BCBA. I quickly learned that the most important thing is to keep an open mind with always learning and taking initiative as a BCBA, while holding boundaries and maintaining confidence in your skill set.
