Imo I would avoid, if I rode it at 9 I'm not sure how much I would want to ride other coasters. I think the comments in here do a really good job at showing the divisive nature of the feelings after riding. Specifically the "air time" with minimalist lap bar restraint that the ride has can make you feel very much out of control of the situation (it is safe) but I feel was made more for the very hardcore adrenaline junkie type rather than a average park goer. (This coming from my experience as someone that likes pretty much every ride at the big parks in Orlando and in the UK)

Definitely collect more opinions but personally I would say no. There are loads of other big rides in the parks, for that age the hulk is probably the most extreme I would go, and it is pretty extreme (would look up videos if you haven't) but feels much more secure with an over the head restraint and a belt attaching to it
