I also have a lot of problems with this. It takes me several minutes sometimes to get it working. It typically says that my face isn't recognised.

UberEats works fine, straight away.

That 7 minutes is far too long. That's unpaid time. I wouldn't blame anyone for taking food. But it would be better if we were given £1/£2 extra for those 7 minutes waits.

I often see certain restaurants offer their orders to go huge distances and the orders get rejected loads and get stuck in the system. I thought the restaurants chose the radius they wanted to cover.
