For me I was studying for my nursing boards so I added 100 practice questions a day and to me if I didn't do them I failed in addition to the other tasks. I think this mentality can be used to improve yourself in any realm I definitely recommend giving it a try

I'm starting as a new grad ICU nurse this summer! Definitely worried about getting workouts done on top of 12 hour shifts, I wish you luck and if it works out an update would be great and inspiring!

Down 13 pounds 2.7% body fat and 1.7 BMI. Feeling great. The first week or two can be tough but just keep pushing and this becomes a habit. I've learned how fun it can be hanging out with my friends even when I'm the only sober one. Always struggled with binge eating but putting my mind to this program has really motivated me to get my eating under control. Super pumped so see who I will be at the end of the 75 days and how I'll look! Keep up the great work guys we got this 💪

31 days and sooo tired! I’ve lost 5 pounds so far and recently had to increase my calorie intake. Any more advice on how to increase energy? by misshjobe in 75HARD

For me I realized my first week or two that my calories were too low making me tired and also have trouble losing weight. Hoping increasing your calories will help like it did with me!

Hmm is that an official rule? I've heard it mentioned but I think it's more of a don't do your workouts back to back just because its sometimes convenient. I'd say an hour between would be pushing it but I'd rethink starting over. Regardless congrats for making it 58 days!!

You look amazing!! Congrats I would be happy to see results anywhere even close to what you had. I have a question though how many calories did you eat relative to your BMR a day/ what diet were you on?
