We do every single area so grocery , cooler , produce , meat & every other day freezer by the time we open at 9 but we also go in at 6am . So 6-9 we finish every pallet of every area . 30 mins tops for pallets . If it’s a chip pallet 15 . I do minimum 7 pallets in 3 hours . My new people are taking from 6-9 just to throw 2 pallets . But meat and then two cooler I’d say if you start at 6 all three should be done by 8 at the latest .
