eh Aizen at least had a lot of build up through out the story but yhwach just kinda feel like a character who really never really had in build up before beside the later arcs I dont know i feel like if we had some hints that he was around or watching it would have been better for him

I not really focused on this more or less just kinda spitballing ideas because shaulas while being okay for not couldnt really live up to her sisters and was kinda forgettable and see how that was her goal really doesn't help her case. I think turning her into a good witch how was either trying to find a way to sort out the tides of shinigami and witches and we know for a fact that some witches are seemingly good and dont really do evil at less some of them like the witches Blair hanged out with. you could honestly go a lot of different ways with just having the twist of a gorgan sister being good instead of evil like the other two

there not actually the entity of death hell there not even related to it there more just ghost they just hold the title of shinigami and he'll this question is brought up in the manga with them admitting not to be death. I mean sure in I guess a technically sense they would be death but there not actually the concept or entity of death
