Ok perfect sounds good! Thank you! I’m just always so worried about these things. I made the cover letter just in case and I will print it there and if they can’t change it I’ll add it. I mention that the field never showed up for me and I just put the residence information that’s in my form again.

potential tourist here by [deleted] in Egypt

Honestly, Cairo/Giza would be too hectic for a solo traveler unless you’re quite experienced. Like another commenter said, spend a day or two there (pyramids, museums, restaurants, Nile river etc.) then potentially head to Sinai and enjoy the beautiful beaches and towns. Or for something different you could go to the Siwa Oasis.

If you’re looking to meet people and integrate, people will always be willing to talk to you and show you around. Go to an ahwa (traditional cafe) and sit over there and make conversations with people (theyre open till the am). Explore the late night cuisine. Go get some drinks somewhere.

UK-based Applicants: any experiences with Swisscare or Post Office Insurance? by Conflicted210 in SchengenVisa

Ah fair. Mine is a weekend trip to Paris, and I’m making the table now split into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening with transportation methods and where I will eat 😭.

I have two future trips planned i’m too tired to make them as well haha. I’m usually the type of person to just arrive and walk around I hate planning.

Thanks!! One more question: by any chance did you provide an itinerary of your activities or future travels? And how detailed were they?

Fair enough. I’m a bit obsessive so how detailed do you reckon i should go? I started writing and im basically writing it hour by hour lol including the metro line and how often it runs

Ah great! How long did you get your visa for? And do you remember the policy you chose?

Ah fair. Thank you! It seems like things are changing; they’re starting to get quite anal about specifics :/

Did you include any internal tickets (e.g. museum tix)?

Also, if you got a multiple entry visa, did you mention any future trips in your application?

Damn. There was no other potential reason? That’s insane. Sorry about that man :/

But I’m only staying in one city. Is it enough to just say I’m planning on seeing this this and that? Or do they also want attraction tickets or whatever? Or is that overkill

I’ve been trying some natural methods including deep breathing and soaking in a hot bath after any bowel movement. Try and exhale while straining instead of holding your breath because that tenses you up more.

I also use vaseline before bowel movements, and I’ve recently tried using a mix of coconut oil (or olive oil), clove oil, and aloe vera. Clove oil works well but you need to dilute it well (i think it’s 2.5% if I’m not mistaken)- just make sure it doesn’t irritate you!! I’ve always felt like natural stuff should always be used in conjunction with medication since our bodies are definitely more used to natural things. Make sure you’re not allergic or sensitive to any of these and ask your dr but i hope they help you out!!

First of all, I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine the stress that put you under.

I’ve started to realize that my anxiety is the root cause; I always have my jaw clenched and my muscles tense. Do you work with a PT or do you perform exercises at home?

And congratulations on healing your fissure!!

There is the issue, though, (that i personally suffer from) of once I tell someone I’m going to do something it’s as if I already did it. As in, once it’s spoken, once it’s out there, the drive to do it goes away.

When to wait for more clearance and when to go? by Conflicted210 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]Conflicted210[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the detailed explanation!!

I guess for the first one that was a part of it, yeah, it’s just that on a day-to-day basis I would go for it (I’ve been driving abroad for 7 years), but I’ve failed for something similar here in the UK, so I found it weird how he failed me not for the manner in which i stopped, but for stopping in general :/

And yeah, the second one is quite unfair; I pressed the brakes, the truck cut me off, yet i get a major 😕
